Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Responsible for booking all accommodations
  • Primarily sourcing guests through inbound calls
  • Create tenant reminders and updates regarding the park or tenant reservation
  • Basic office duties like inventory supplies, ordering supplies, running office errands, and cleaning
  • Maintain hosting on Air B&B, Yelp, Google My Business, and Hub Spot Live Chat.
  • Research pricing on competitors to compare against our venues
  • Other daily assigned tasks from the supervisor

Qualifications

  • At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Previous call center experience helpful
  • Basic math skills, additions, subtraction, multiplying and dividing. Ability to calculate percentages and discounts.
  • Hours: M-F, 8:30AM – 5:30PM with rotating Saturdays
